Our Leadership

It’s not about whether you have a title that implies leadership. It’s about how you take advantage of every opportunity to help everybody who’s around you to be their best selves going forward. This personifies our leadership team – Giving individuals who put clients, courage, character and ethics above everything else.

Join Our Mission

Join St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho in making a meaningful impact in our community. Whether you are exploring employment opportunities or looking for ways to volunteer, there are many ways to get involved and support neighbors in need. From hands-on service to behind-the-scenes support, your time and talents can help bring hope, stability, and compassion to North Idaho.

A Mission Built by Faith & Community

For 80 years, this region has carried forward a mission built by faith and strengthened by community: feeding families, housing individuals, offering warmth during the coldest nights, and opening doors for people who feel forgotten.

The next 80 years will be shaped by partners who believe in investing in the wellbeing of their neighbors. You make it possible for children to sleep safely, for seniors to stay warm, for families to access support, and for individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity. Thank you!

Seasonal Warming Center

When temperatures drop below 33 degrees, the Warming Center opens to ensure no one is left outside in dangerous conditions.

The Warming Center operates nightly from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, typically November through March.

Transportation is provided from Father Bill’s Kitchen after dinner, with return to our campus at 6:00 AM.

Guests receive a warm place to sleep, a meal, and essential items such as a sleeping bag, socks, and hygiene supplies.

This is a low-barrier, life-saving space focused on safety, dignity, and care during the coldest nights of the year.

If you are in need of help, please call Shelter Services at 208-664-3095 ext. 321 or email annie@stvincentdepaulcda.org

The Men's and Women’s Shelters

Our shelters provide a safe, clean place to rest and begin moving forward.

Each shelter serves up to twelve guests per night. Individuals can check in at the HELP Center each morning at 8:00 AM to inquire about availability.

Guests may stay for up to 90 days. During that time, they work alongside our team to build a plan for what comes next, including housing, income, and long-term stability.

This is a place to regroup, find support, and take meaningful steps forward.
